Attorney Linda Pollack has been practicing law since 1987. Her focus is criminal defense. She is a member of the Office of Assigned Counsel in San Diego where she accepts appointed criminal cases and as well she can be retained on any criminal case.
Ms. Pollack also practices immigration law. She brings this knowledge and experience with immigration issues to every one of her criminal cases that involves a non U.S. citizen; protecting all her clients' interests, including their legal status, is a priority.
A large part of Ms. Pollack's practices focuses on post-conviction work on criminal cases, in essence eliminating the reason a person is getting deported. Successes have included not only completely eliminating convictions, but as well the life-time sex offender registration attendant to the conviction.
Ms. Pollack, a member of the California Bar Association, is also a member of the Georgia and Hawaii Bar Associations. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Pollack worked for a large immigration firm in San Diego, worked as a staff attorney for legal aid in Georgia, and was a public defender in San Diego County for five years. Ms. Pollack brings dedication and skill to each case she handles.
